Which is a valley not very far from Marrakesh and this village is known by his specific rugs which are made out of wool and clothes and this kind of rugs called BOUCHAROUITE. The BOUCHAROUITE rug is an old way of making rugs by recycling clothes. And this way was founded by the Berber people, so when they have some torn clothes they start making a rug from sheep wool and mix it with motifs from clothes pieces or it could be a rug made 100% from clothes, some other time you may find the chain made out of clothes pieces and the hand knot made out of wool and, that is the Berber recycling way, a way they use to make the BOUCHAROUITE rug.
